Tennessee's most prominent leadership program has announced the six individuals representing Shelby County this year. Leadership Tennessee is a 10-month program that brings together 40 people from around the state to research and discuss solutions to the biggest problems Tennessee is facing. The ultimate goal of this "meeting of the minds" is for these community leaders in business, government, education and non-profit work to return home better equipped to solve local issues. This is the 10th anniversary of program, which began at Lipscomb University in Nashville.
