Tamia Taylor, 21, was last seen celebrating her birthday on a Memphis Riverboats cruise at around 11:30pm on Saturday, September 9, Memphis Police Department reports. Now, Tamia's mother, Debra Taylor has issued an emotional plea as the search for her daughter enters its fifth day. "You got to have hope," Taylor's mother told Fox 13.
