MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WZTV) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a little girl missing from Memphis. Agents say 4-year-old Sequoia Samuels was last seen Thursday near Caldwell Avenue wearing a blue shirt and black pants with hearts. The child has a known medical condition. Samuels is three feet tall and weighs 30 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Anyone who sees her is asked to contact the Memphis Police Department at (901) 636-4479 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
