9/19 Update: Changed my rating to 4 stars BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT THE GROOMING! They called me again to check on my pup and offer services. The lady was very nice and appreciated my feedback and I appreciated her honesty about the groomer. It was someone new and I was not the only complaint. You can't ask for better follow up! I may give them another whirl in the future! FYI my furbaby is doing fine the cut is healing and no signs of infection. I feel they mean well. We just got someone who needs more training. 9/18 This place was recommended by people on another site and had great google reviews which fuels my disappointment in the service my furbaby received. He was nicked on the inside of one of his hind legs and I was not informed. His haircut is not shaped, blended,and very uneven. I showed them a picture of a previous cut he had gotten and they didn't achieve anything remotely similar. I will say that when I called the gentleman offered to get him back in, but this is like a child of mine and I cannot take him back there. Also, to fix this would probably mean cutting him lower and I don't want him looking any worse. I hope others after me have a better experience and please inspect your furbaby!

Starla always grooms my dog and makes her look so cute! My dog is always happy to see Starla and is not afraid to go with her, so I feel confident that her and the rest of the staff take great care of my dog while she is there.
