In response to your response.... I was there yesterday and counted 15 headstones that have been vandalized within 100 feet of my father's grave. I reported this to management 2 years ago and was never once told that I should report it myself to police. I feel that the business would report the theft as it is on their property. I am sure Memphis PD has enough on their plate, however, I will be sure and call the next time I have several hours to wait for a response and for law enforcement to arrive and hope to God that there isn't a graveside service in process or any customers interested in purchasing a plot. I am sure you know that as a business owner, you should file the claim, but if it opens the door to solutions, I will proceed.... My father was buried in the Veteran's Park area in 2005. His grave has been vandalized (copper urn stolen) and the upkeep around the headstones doesn't exist. I try to make the 45 minute drive every few months to remove weeds. If I didn't, it would be completely covered by now. They do not care about you, your deceased, your property, their property or their maintenance. I do not recommend.
