Former Memphis football linebacker and Super Bowl champion Tim Harris will be inducted in the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame this summer. Harris' selection was announced Friday. Harris was a four-year letterwinner at Memphis from 1982-85 after he spent a year attending Memphis Catholic High School. The Birmingham, Alabama, native was chosen in the fourth round of the 1986 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers and played 10 seasons, including stints with the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles.
