I really hate leaving reviews especially for women owned businesses, but I am so unsatisfied after receiving services by the owner of this salon. I initially called to get a price quote for a wash, flat iron and trim and was told between $50-$60 with $60 being the most expensive. I go in, she washes my hair, curls it with the flat iron and wraps it. She charges me $80. I go home and unwrap my hair and my hair was crinkled with not a single curl in sight. I called about the price after settling in and thinking about the ridiculous amount paid and she said it was because my hair was damaged (after complimenting my hair several times) i was in and out in 45 minutes and my hair is natural and very healthy. Do not go to this salon. The most simple style, a wash and flat iron was horrible and definitely not worth it.

I visited the salon on Friday and received an appointment for Saturday. Customer service was exceptional! Both Anna and Britnee, my stylist were great. They were attentive to my hair as well as my comfort. I have natural hair and hadn’t been in a salon for at least a year. My hair looks beautiful! I recommend this salon without reservation. Thanks to Angela Hastings for the recommendation. I’ll return often. Thanks Anna and especially Brittnee!
